Property|Embassy Residences

Completed in May 2017 in the embassy district of Phnom Penh, this is a designer condominium developed by the owner of the famous Cambodian coffee brand “Brown Coffee.”
The developer of this project, Urbanland Co., Ltd., is a group company centered around ISI Steel Co., the largest construction materials company in Cambodia. The company is engaged in the development of designer condominiums in the city center.
The owner, Hok Kang, is himself also an architect. After studying in the United States, he worked at Kengo Kuma & Associates in Japan. With the concept of “creating space,” he has been engaged in the development of sophisticated condominiums and office buildings, as well as the construction of commercial facilities, and also operates Cambodia’s largest coffee chain “BROWN COFFEE.”
In the surrounding area, there are the Japanese Embassy, Thai Embassy, Malaysian Embassy, Indonesian Embassy, Vietnamese Embassy, Pakistani Embassy, and the Ministry of Interior, making it an elegant area. The iCON Professional Building, which houses Japanese companies, and the Phnom Penh Commercial Bank Head Office are also within walking distance.
In addition, the recently opened AEON Mall is only a 5-minute drive away. Since it is located in the center of Phnom Penh, access to anywhere in the city is outstanding.
We offer units starting from a 50㎡ 1-bedroom, which are attractive for their open living and dining space, spacious high-quality closets, and water-related facilities.
The quality of the equipment and furniture inside the room is high, featuring water facilities such as those from the German faucet manufacturer GROHE, as well as Italian furniture, creating a very luxurious construction. The layout is simple and allows single residents or couples to relax comfortably.
