Match the home to your routine
For a short assignment, predictable housekeeping and support may matter more than a larger floor plan. For a longer stay, kitchen space, storage, a work area and the total monthly cost may take priority. Neither label guarantees flexibility, pets or an all-inclusive bill.
Confirm move-in dates, minimum stay, internet setup and who will hand over the keys.
Test the commute, inspect storage and noise, and clarify repairs and renewal terms.
Check bedroom sizes and school journeys at the time you will actually travel.
